Cancellation Policies 

24 hour notice is required for all appointment changes. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in 50% of the missed service being charged to the card on file or will be invoiced before scheduling any future appointments.

 

No Show Policy

Lack of communication prior to a missed appointment will result in the client being charged the full amount of the missed service to the card on file or will be invoiced. New client deposits will be forfeited. Full amount must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.

 

Late policy 

Please be on time to your appointment to ensure the best results from your stylist. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment date and time. 

 

Refund policy 

There are no refunds for deposits, services, gift cards, or product purchases.

 

Referrals & Reviews

Refer a new client, and you will receive $10 off your next service! Leave an honest review, & receive $5 off your next service for each platform you leave a review on. 

 

Foreign fills 

I. M. Beauty clients that are visiting for the first time are required a deposit for the initial service. Each lash client visiting us or changing lash studios will be required to receive a foreign fill to ensure ample time is provided for the initial visit. Foreign fills are accepted or denied at our own discretion after an evaluation of their current lashes. Not all new clients are candidates for a foreign lash fill. In these cases, the new client can opt for a removal & full set. If the current lashes have damaged the natural lashes, we can assist in repairing them by removing the old lashes, and recommending a lash serum. Unfortunately there are lash artists out there are not performing high quality services. At I.M. Beauty, we guarantee quality. The health of our clients’ lashes is always the number one priority.

 

Foreign fill disqualification:

Less than 40% of lashes remaining

Cluster lashes

Improper or poorly applied lashes

Damaged, weak natural lashes

 

Foreign fill qualifications:

40% of lashes remaining

Properly applied lashes

Healthy natural lashes

If your lashes qualify for a foreign fill, The appointment may be up to 2 hours depending on the lash type, & their current condition.

 

In order to keep our guests and our team safe we ask that you read and adhere to the following standards:

• If you’re not feeling well please reschedule appointment to ensure our team stays healthy. 

• Please come alone to your scheduled appointment. 

• Unless receiving a service we ask that children stay at home. 

 

Children safety policy 

For the comfort of our guests and the enjoyment of your service children are only permitted in the salon when receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you while you are having a service. We cannot ensure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
